  • Responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering quality support through phone, chat, or email.
  • Candidates must have strong communication skills, the ability to think on their feet, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience handling a solid financial account or a background in asset and wealth management within a BPO setting. 
  • College Undergraduates or Senior High School grads are welcome to apply
  • Required LOB Handled: mutual funds OR asset and wealth management OR life insurance OR banking OR mortgage OR loans (account processing), or stocks and/or managing client's financial situation.
