Order Entry

• Ensures timely and accurate processing of sales orders.
• Ensures immediate processing of sales order upon receipt from Sales & Marketing Department.
• Ensures that private institutions with purchase order requirements have valid Pos on hand prior to processing.
• Carefully checks and verifies ordered items based on specifications and item codes.
• Provide immediate confirmations to the Sales & Marketing Department regarding stock availability of ordered items.
• Monitors client orders for stock availability and scheduled deliveries.
• Ensures that orders from customers with “Hold Order” status are not processed.
• Ensures no processing of the orders of dealer, traders, resellers and distributors.
• Ensures processing of Sales Invoice for confirmed Picking Slips and preparation of Packing Slips for warehouse personnel to initiate packing of items.

Customer Care

• Ensures customer concerns and complaints are properly addressed.
• Handles customer concerns and complaints and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensures effective communications with branch offices, customers and other entities regarding orders status, delivery status and stock availability, as necessary.
• Coordinates with Purchasing Department on status of stocks procurement.
• Coordinates with affiliates on stock availability for purchase requisition.
• Oversees timely and accurate processing of Request for Credit Notes.
• Prepares letters and memoranda as necessary in the performance of duties.

Supervision

• Monitors activities of all personnel within the group.
• Ensures a high level of productivity and teamwork within the group.
• Evaluates over-all performance of all personnel under supervision.
