Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide world-class customer service to our global clients. The successful candidate will utilize our award-winning network management software to address customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer support using our network management software.

  • Answer non-technical support questions via telephone, email, and other defined channels.

  • Adopt a friendly, consultative approach to solving customer problems.

  • Assist customers with after-sales queries through phone, web tickets, and email.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to research and resolve customer account questions.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in a customer support role.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

  • Basic understanding of network management software is a plus.

  • Friendly and consultative approach to customer service.
