About the Role

We are expanding our service coverage across Malaysia and are looking for freelancers to join our Service Team. Your role is to help retailers set up coupons on our platform, both online or offline.

Our program operates nationwide, we can’t always visit retailers physically — that’s why we need local service partners like you.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Team Member, you will:

• Be added to our official WhatsApp Service Group
• Respond to service requests from retailers in your area
• Visit retailer shops (or assist them online)
• Help retailers:
• Set up coupons on our platform
• Provide available marketing material options
• Receive payment directly from the retailer

Joining Fee (One-Time)

To join the Service Team:

• A one-time RM10 joining fee is required
• After joining, you will receive:
• 1 full set of official marketing materials for review
• Materials you can bring when providing your first live service to retailers

This fee helps us manage team quality and provide official resources.

Optional opportunity

If you provide marketing or design services, when merchants ask us for these services, we may refer them to service team members first.
