Position

Customer Service Representative (CSR or Call Center Agent)

International Pure Voice Account (Healthcare)

• Assist customers with inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Provide feedback on customer issues to enhance services.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of BPO Exp or College Graduate if no CCE
• Good to Excellent Comms
• Must have Active Viber Number/Account
• Must have at least 35Mbps Internet Speed
• Must have a copy of Internet SOA/Bill

Note:

HS/SHS Graduate is also accepted but need at least 6 months BPO experience(international account)
