Description

Deliver world-class cruise booking assistance, from itinerary creation to customer support, in a fast-paced BPO environment.


  • Manage cruise reservations and payment processing.
  • Provide travel advice, promotions, and special offers.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Collaborate with cruise lines and travel partners.
  • Track and report booking trends and client feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years experience in a travel account or cruise booking role (BPO or travel agency).
  • Knowledge of cruise products, itineraries, and travel regulations is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong sales, upselling, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or equivalent).
