  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Working Conditions: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends may be required
