Responsibilities:

• Handle both voice and non-voice interactions related to educational services and student support.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality performance.
• Document interactions accurately in the system and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of BPO experience
• Amenable to work onsite at One Montage, Cebu.
• Willing to work on night shifts
• Must be residing within Cebu City or nearby areas
• Can start ASAP.
