- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Meet performance metrics and goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, customer service orientation, call center experience preferred but not mandatory, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, possible shift work including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
