Customer Experience Specialist (Gorgias Experience)*

Hey! Are you passionate about helping people and making sure customers walk away happy? One of our clients is searching for a Customer Experience Specialist who knows their way around Gorgias and loves making connections.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to customer inquiries and solving problems like a customer service ninja
• Managing support tickets and ensuring timely responses (no one likes waiting!)
• Working with the team to continuously improve our customer experience
• Spotting trends and giving feedback to make our processes even better
• Keeping detailed records so we always know what’s going on

Who You Are:

• You’ve got experience with Gorgias and handling customer queries
• You’re patient, a great listener, and genuinely enjoy helping people out
• You can stay calm and professional when things get a little hectic
• You love finding creative solutions and aren’t afraid to think outside the box
• You’re a strong communicator (both written and spoken)
