In our Healthcare account, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, members, and providers—assisting them with medical plans, benefits, claims, authorizations, billing, and other healthcare services. Your role is to deliver compassionate, accurate, and timely support while upholding strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• SHS graduate with 1 year solid BPO experience
• College graduate/at least 2 year college completer with 6 months BPO or any customer service/work experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good comprehension skills
• Basic knowledge with MS Office
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
