  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause
  • Process orders, forms, and requests accurately
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience in healthcare account
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work on a night shift
  • Can start ASAP
