Responsibilities:

1. Sort and organize document boxes in the stockroom based on department and year.
2. Record all document boxes in the Document Box Masterlist for proper tracking.
3. Clean and maintain all admin stockrooms to ensure proper storage of files, documents, and fixed assets.
4. Maintain accurate records of files and documents by serial number, department/section, or individual for easy reference and retrieval.
5. Safekeep all files and documents, ensuring accessibility and preventing loss or misplacement.
6. Receive document boxes from departments, check the contents against the provided list, and record them in the masterlist.
7. Record and track files/documents borrowed by departments, ensuring proper logging of issuance and return.
