Responsibilities

1. Technical Architecture Design and Implementation

○ Lead the design and development of the company's overall trading infrastructure, focusing on supporting high-frequency trading, CTA, and arbitrage strategies within CEX, ensuring low latency, high concurrency, and high availability.

○ Utilize C++ to build a high-performance underlying framework, optimizing core modules such as memory management, multithreaded parallel processing, and network communication to meet microsecond-level response requirements.

○ Design a system architecture that supports multiple portfolio managers (PMs), enabling strategy isolation, dynamic resource allocation, and cross-team collaboration to enhance development efficiency and accelerate strategy iteration.

2. Team Management and Collaboration

○ Build and manage the technical team, establish R&D processes and standards, and drive technical documentation and code quality control.

○ Collaborate closely with research, trading, and risk management teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment between systems and business objectives.

3. System Optimization and Risk Management

○ Continuously monitor system performance and optimize latency and throughput through load testing and stress simulation to handle high-concurrency challenges during extreme market conditions.

○ Design and implement risk control systems, integrating real-time monitoring, circuit breakers, and anomalous trade interception to ensure fund security and compliance.

4. Exploration of Cutting-Edge Technologies

○ Track technology trends in the cryptocurrency industry, explore technical applications in DEX, on-chain data integration, and AI-driven strategy optimization to provide the company with directions for technological innovation.

Qualifications

1. Technical Skills

○ Proficient in C++ with a solid foundation in algorithms and data structures, and familiar with high-performance computing optimizations such as SIMD instructions, lock-free queues, and memory pools.

○ Experience in developing low-latency trading systems, familiar with CEX API integration, order book processing, and market data parsing.

○ Strong skills in multithreaded programming and distributed system design, with experience in Linux kernel tuning (e.g., CPU affinity, zero-copy, and network stack optimization).

2. Industry Experience

○ Over 5 years of technical R&D experience in quantitative trading, high-frequency trading, or hedge funds, including at least 3 years in technical management, and a proven track record of leading the full lifecycle development of complex trading systems.

○ Familiar with the technical implementation of CTA, arbitrage, and high-frequency strategies, with an understanding of market microstructure and transaction cost analysis.

3. Team and Project Management

○ Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, capable of effectively communicating business requirements and technical solutions to drive team efficiency.

○ Experience leading a team to build technical architecture from the ground up, with the ability to plan resources effectively and manage project timelines.

4. Other Requirements

○ Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields; Master's or PhD preferred.

○ Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market and familiarity with trading rules and API features of major CEX platforms such as Binance and Coinbase.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Preferred Technical Qualifications

○ Familiarity with DEX (decentralized exchange) architectures, on-chain data analytics tools (e.g., Flux, The Graph), or smart contract development.

○ Proficient in hybrid Python/Cython programming, enabling efficient implementation of strategy backtesting and seamless transition to live trading logic.

2. Preferred Industry Experience

○ Experience as a technical lead in a multi-PM hedge fund, successfully supporting parallel development and deployment for multiple strategy teams.

○ Managed trading systems with AUM exceeding USD 100 million, with experience in technical scaling and stability assurance under large capital volumes.
