Description

  • Create billing statements (Statements of Account or SOA) for regular and benefits loans.
  • Send out monthly payment schedules and past dues to borrowers.
  • Work with branches to send reports and help plan future collections.
  • Handle special fund transfers and refund requests.
  • Manage collections and refunds for POS salary deductions semi-monthly.
  • Request official receipts for POS payments.
  • Record payments accurately in the system.
  • Keep payment records up to date, including account aging reports.
  • Handle requests to transfer or cancel loans.
  • Check unpaid balances to see if a borrower can renew their loan.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in billing, collection, or financial reporting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, organized, and pays attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/collection systems.
