Description
- Ensure timely and accurate client billing
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
- Prepare and send statements of account (SOA)
- Contact clients for payment reminders and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts
- Respond to billing and payment inquiries
- Generate collection and aging reports
- Handle filing, mailing, and record-keeping tasks
- Assist the finance team as needed
- Address customer concerns promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Familiar with financial statements and accounting principles
- Willing to learn new accounting software
- Detail-oriented and meets deadlines
