Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PowerPoint & Business Communication Specialist to join our growing team. This role bridges creative design and strategic communication, transforming data, concepts, and business strategy into visually compelling and persuasive presentations. The ideal candidate possesses strong PowerPoint design skills, a keen business sense, and the ability to convey complex ideas in clear, concise narratives that inform executive decision-making. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with senior consultants and executives, supporting business transformation initiatives and gaining experience in the consultative aspects of project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact PowerPoint decks that incorporate original graphics, charts, infographics, and storytelling to communicate business insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to structure content that aligns with strategic objectives and resonates with target audiences.
  • Translate complex data, research findings, and project results into visually organized and coherent presentations.
  • Ensure visual consistency, brand adherence, and professional polish across all presentation materials.
  • Work cross-functionally with project teams to synthesize inputs, understand objectives, and deliver clear, visually persuasive deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, executive briefings, and client-facing documents that support business transformation initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance message clarity, visual engagement, and content flow across materials.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in presentation design, marketing support, or consulting communications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma is a plus.
  • Familiarity with business strategy frameworks, management consulting language, or corporate transformation concepts is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
