Responsibilities

• Produce and edit short-form videos for TikTok, IG, and XHS using AI-assisted tools.
• Create visual assets for ads, CRM campaigns, and retail promotions.
• Repurpose top-performing content into new formats and A/B test variations.
• Collaborate with the Content and Growth teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on social trends, design styles, and mobile-first storytelling formats.
• Maintain an organized content library and manage brand visual consistency.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing, design, or digital content production.
• Proficient in CapCut, Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Canva, and Adobe Premiere/After Effects.
• Strong creative sense for pacing, rhythm, and engagement-driven design.
• Understanding of how visuals impact marketing performance metrics (CTR, engagement).
• Team player who can balance speed with creative quality in a fast-paced environment.
