ICT Distribution is established solely to strengthen the distribution network in the APAC region with a particular focus on South Asian and Southeast Asian countries and its Headquarters in Sydney, Australia. We work on core Enterprise Solutions and retail products, including a wide array of IT hardware and software products and other peripherals. 


About the Role 

As the Country Manager for Vietnam, you will oversee all company operations within the country. You will be responsible for developing and executing ICT’s business strategy locally, managing day-to-day operations, leading the team, and ensuring that business objectives align with corporate goals. 

 

Responsibilities: 


  • Drive Strategic Growth: Lead sales forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting to support sustainable growth and profitability. 
  • Maintain Quality & Consistency: Ensure all planning and operational processes meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. 
  • Set and Monitor Goals: Define clear sales objectives and drive teams to meet and exceed them. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimize sales processes and operational efficiency. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales management to resolve bottlenecks and enhance sales effectiveness. 
  • Data-Driven Management: Oversee the generation and accuracy of sales and financial reports for leadership decision-making. 
  • Incentive Planning: Contribute to designing and administering sales incentive programs that motivate high performance. 
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop innovative strategies aligned with executive leadership to meet sales targets. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term customer relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring mutual success. 
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics in Pakistan. 
  • Effective Communication: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals articulating ICT’s value propositions. 
  • Adaptability: Monitor market shifts and adjust plans proactively to maintain relevance. 
  • Lead Organizational Change: Drive and support company initiatives with consistent execution. 
  • Expand Market Reach: Increase revenue and distribution channels across Pakistan, maintaining strong vendor and partner relations. 
  • Operational Excellence: Manage a cost-efficient distributor network ensuring scalable growth. 
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop targeted sales and marketing plans to penetrate new market segments. 
  • Actionable Reporting: Provide clear and timely reports on emerging opportunities and challenges. 
  • Collaborative Planning: Partner with senior management to craft annual sales and marketing strategies. 
  • Flexible Execution: Adapt to changing business needs and undertake additional tasks as required. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate degree in Business or related field from a reputable university. 
  • Advanced certifications in Sales and Marketing preferred. 
  • 15+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles with global sales team exposure. 
  • Proven track record implementing automated sales processes to improve efficiency and visibility. 
  • Strong expertise in data analytics and sales reporting tools such as Excel and CRM platforms.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with a high deal closure rate. 
  • Strong relationships with key customers and deep market understanding. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.

  • Prior experience in distribution sales with measurable success. 
  • Experience in fast-paced sales growth environments. 
  • Ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
