Key Responsibilities:

• Make a Monthly Budgetary Cost for the Project
• Monitor Overall Project Cost
• Evaluate and process all Progress Billing of Contractors and Suppliers
• Evaluate Proposal and make a recommendation of Contractor's Change Order to their Contract
• Evaluate and make recommendation of all Claims of the Contractor that will affect their Contract
• Evaluate and make a recommendation of the most qualified Bidder in Biddings
• Estimate and quantify Owner Supplier materials that need to be purchased for the Project

Qualification:

• At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience in cost engineering, commercial management, or project controls within the construction or infrastructure industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Economics
• Professional Engineering License and/or AACE cost engineering certification is an advantage
• Strong background in commercial negotiations, contract management, and cost control
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate cost data, contract terms, risks, and profit opportunities
• Strong coordination and communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams to achieve financial and commercial goals
• WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN PARANAQUE AND CAN START ASAP
