• Perform ocular inspection, materials quantity and cost estimation; prepare proposals and quotations.
•  Design, illustrate, execute, and seal and sign for Engineering plans within one's capacity as may be necessary.
• Attend biddings and meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Oversee projects as necessary and ensure works are done according to plans, budget, schedule and safety standards when necessary.
• Monitor and Track Project Cost to ensure they align with Project budget
• Evaluate Suppliers/Vendors Quotation vs Approved Unit Price of the materials or Scope of Work which reflected on the DUPA/ BOQ
• Monitor subcontractors works and billings.
• Prepare and Submit weekly and monthly cost monitoring report per project
• Submit progress and incident reports.
• Coordinate with the different office departments for concerns and requirements.
• Assist in the general operations of projects and the Construction Department.
• Others duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field/site is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in Primavera (P6) software
• Project Management, Planning, Scheduling and Progress report.
