Ensure costing transactions are accurately recorded for all manufacturing plants
Reconcile/adjustment CO, RO, PO, DO, MO
Cost variance to be allocate and good in transit allocation
Input count stock in M3 (Free from Marketing / R&D test /production test/Trial Run)
Create all inventories code and expense code in M3
Inactive status of customer order
Review and activate new product/revised BOM
Prepare costing JV for month closing
Monthly reconcile sample product, claimed products and donation product
Monthly prepare inventory provision both of waste and slow moving
Monthly reconcile/ inventory module (stock card) and ledger
Calculate overhead cost include in stock for all plants
Prepare and analysis monthly cost sheet by plants
Monthly gross margin analysis by SKU
Monthly COF analysis
Validate WCM Saving from production and R&D and update in Project trackers system
Prepare monthly inventory aging report and send to related functions
Inventory physical count on yearly basic with external auditor for all location
Prepare inventory destructions letter for All plants to Revenue department
Write – off inventory destructions in M3
Annually review active/inactive item master on yearly basis
Maintain accounting rule for inventory account in M3
Prepare costing data for budget RF process
Provide document /data support for both of external audit and internal audit
Main contact person with plant teams
Other supply chain/admin task that may be required by management
