Description
- Engage customers and provide expert advice on cosmetic products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
- Stay updated on trends and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or retail is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong Sales Training, Sales Management, Inventory Management, and Public Speaking skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with potential evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, persuasive, and customer-focused with a passion for cosmetics.
