• Handles local and export case operations
• Assists in case preparation, documentation, and monitoring
• Coordinates with internal departments for case-related requirements
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of assigned tasks
• Performs other duties related to case handling as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in Sales Administration is an advantage
• With experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
• With driving experience is an advantage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to learn and flexible in handling tasks
