• Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, networking, and referrals.
• Reach out to leads via cold calls, emails, or meetings to generate interest in the company's products and services.
• Schedule and participate in sales meetings and product demonstrations.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and services that align with their business goals.
• Provide product information, answer technical questions, and assist in the preparation of proposals and quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Assist in contract preparation, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest products and industry trends.
• Understand competitor offerings and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and suggestions for product improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and events.
• Report sales metrics, customer feedback, and market insights to the sales manager.
• Assist in organizing and attending industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the company.
• Other duties that may be assigned by the immediate head.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Entrepreneurship and relevant field. 
• Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Outlook.
