• Promote and sell high-quality finishing materials (marble, granite, laminates, etc.) to residential clients.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation to deal closing.
• Conduct product presentations and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate with operations for delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain good client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Update sales records and reports regularly.
• Visit project sites and stay informed about market trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in building materials or home décor industry).
• Proven sales record and ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and can work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to do fieldwork within Metro Manila.
• Knowledge of residential market and customer needs is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM).
• Willing to learn product details and represent a premium brand.
