Job Title: Sales Executive

Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Onsite

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Brgy. Mamplasan, Biñan City, Laguna

Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 (with commission)

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving company sales targets. The role involves presenting products/services to clients, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service while coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and networking
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Present, promote, and sell company products/services effectively
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Excel and other office tools

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales
• Must be able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle (with valid driver’s license)
• With pleasing personality and good speaking voice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
• Willing to work onsite or in a hybrid arrangement
• Willing to be assigned in Biñan City, Laguna
