Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative work
• Knowledgeable in processing AEP/visa, DOLE, BI, PEZA
• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing industry.
• Willing to work fully on-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing employment permits and visas for foreign employees
• Handling and controlling foreigner documentation, manage expat-related requirements, and arrange business trip
• Ensuring compliance with labor and immigration laws.
• Maintaining accurate and updated employee records.
• Arranging hotel accommodations and transportation for visitors.
• Assisting and support internal departments with various administrative needs
• Oversee and maintain factory cleanliness
