We're seeking a Content Writer - Thought Leadership & Brand Voice to help shape and articulate the voice of our founder and brand. This role sits at the intersection of editorial writing, personal branding, and digital storytelling. You will help craft thoughtful, high-impact content that positions our consultancy as a recognized thought leader in education, media, and storytelling.

Responsibilites

• Write original thought leadership content: articles, essays, LinkedIn posts and speaking notes.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to translate voice, vision, and ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand tone and voice across all content formats.
• Conduct background research, interviews, and synthesis to turn raw ideas into polished narratives.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to repurpose long-form content into micro-content for social media.
• Monitor trends in education, media, and digital communication to keep content relevant and future-facing.

• 2+ years of experience in content writing, editorial, journalism, or communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills — able to match tone, voice, and nuance across formats.
• Deep interest in education, digital media, or storytelling.
• Comfortable working directly with executives or founders and distilling abstract ideas into clear messaging.
• Ability to research independently and structure compelling narratives from complex material.
• Familiarity with content marketing and platforms like LinkedIn.
