關於這個職位
我們是一家 Web3/區塊鏈交易所，正在尋找一名 CIS 內容運營專員，負責維持我們渠道的活躍度與準確性。簡單來說：策劃、在地化、發布。
工作內容
- 在地化並編輯英/中/俄內容，使其符合母語者的語感。
- 每日發布格式清晰、附有連結及免責聲明的貼文。
- 與社群、業務拓展及意見領袖 (KOL) 協調，進行跨平台發布及 AMA 活動。
- 跟蹤基本成效（曝光量、互動率、點擊量），並分享突破成果。
任職要求
- 具備俄語母語或接近母語水平；英語與中文擁有優秀的書寫、閱讀與口說能力。
- 1 年以上內容運營或在地化經驗。
- 具備扎實的 Web3 基礎知識（上幣、空投、永續合約、質押等）。
- 熟悉 Telegram、VK、X 等工具，能快速完成任務。
- 工作有條理、可靠，且擅長遠端協作。
加分條件
- 具備中文閱讀及書寫能力，以便進行內部協作。
