The Content Associate will play a key role in shaping the visual storytelling and brand presence of Penny Pairs across all owned media channels. This position focuses on producing high-quality photo and video content, managing shoots, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns. The Content Associate will be responsible for ideating and developing creative assets that reflect the brand’s identity and drive engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and is comfortable managing multiple content initiatives simultaneously, from planning and execution to editing and post-production. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Content Associate will be a part of the Penny Pairs’ Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality product photos and video assets for the brand’s owned media channels (camera equipment will be provided)
• Conduct SKU and catalogue photo shooting for Penny Pairs and Gabbie Jewelry’s products
• Spearhead photoshoot planning and ideation, for both model photoshoots and in-house shoots
• Help ideate content ideas and campaigns to drive engagement and increase brand visibility
• Collaborate with Marketing Team in managing the content calendar
• Handle editing and post-production of content and photoshoots
• Stay updated with social media trends, content, and photography best practices
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to uphold the brand’s visual identity and maintain brand integrity in all our content

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, and other relevant courses
• Proven experience in content creation or a similar role
• Strong creative thinking and ideation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams and members
• Attention to detail and eye for design and aesthetics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation
• Comfortable in front of a camera
• Photography experience is a plus
