- Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure accurate timelines.
- Analyze project progress and identify potential delays.
- Prepare regular reports on scheduling status for stakeholders.
- Assist in resource allocation and management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in construction scheduling or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Primavera P6, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with site visits, potential overtime during project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
