Description
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for workers.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers to promote safety culture.
- Stay updated on safety legislation and best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in construction safety management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, ability to work as a team player, knowledge of safety protocols, and experience in processing permits.
- Working Conditions: Field-based role requiring outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
