Description

  • Inspect construction sites for compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct inspections, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare reports.
  • Evaluate structural integrity and safety standards of buildings.
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and government officials.
  • Stay updated on local, state, and federal building regulations.
  • Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction and building inspection.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in QA/QC, structural design, planning, forecasting, and surveying.
  • Working Conditions: Outdoors at construction sites with occasional office work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
