Job Description
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance issues.
- Monitor industry changes and update policies accordingly.
- Collaborate with management to foster a culture of compliance.
- Report compliance issues to senior management.
- Knowledge of BOI regulations and reporting
- Experience handling BOI audits and documentation
- With Experience of BOI Income Tax Holiday and other BOI Requirements
