Key Responsibilities

1. Formulate, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.

2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance controls across business units, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.

3. Conduct regular compliance training and awareness programs to enhance employees’ understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

4. Review business activities, contracts, and operational processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws (e.g., anti-bribery, data privacy, anti-money laundering) and company policies.

5. Investigate compliance incidents, breaches, or concerns raised by employees, stakeholders, or regulatory authorities, and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to address compliance issues and integrate compliance requirements into business operations.

7. Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and advise management on the impact of new or revised requirements.

8. Liaise with external regulatory bodies, respond to inquiries, and assist with regulatory audits or inspections as needed.


Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) are a plus.

2. 3–5 years of proven experience in compliance management, preferably within financial services or technology.

3. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FCPA, GDPR, local anti-corruption and data protection laws).

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

5. Fluent in written and verbal Chinese and English.

6. High ethical standards, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
