• Experience in compliance or legal affairs, with familiarity in Web3.0, blockchain, or digital assets.
• Practical compliance experience or resources in Singapore and Hong Kong, with in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and procedures in both jurisdictions.
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese as working languages.
