What You Will Do


1. Compensation Strategy & Framework

Design a competitive global compensation framework encompassing both fixed pay and variable incentive programs.

Develop internal salary bands and job leveling structures aligned with market dynamics, balancing standardization and flexibility.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to continually enhance compensation competitiveness.

2. Performance Management

Establish effective performance management systems for global and remote teams (e.g., OKRs, project-based reviews, 360-degree feedback).

Partner with business leaders to drive goal setting, ongoing coaching, and performance evaluations, ensuring fair and transparent assessments.

Design incentive mechanisms linked to performance outcomes to reinforce alignment between contributions and rewards.

3. Incentive Programs & Innovation

Develop diversified incentive programs aligned with company growth and workforce needs.

Monitor program effectiveness and optimize reward mechanisms to enhance business impact and employee engagement.

4. Project Management & Data Analytics

Lead annual compensation reviews, performance calibration, and incentive program implementation.

Establish and maintain C&B metrics dashboards to provide actionable insights for talent and business decisions.

Manage HR systems and tools to ensure data accuracy, visibility, and efficiency.


What You Need


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; fluent in English and Mandarin for professional communication.
  • Over 7 years of compensation and benefits experience, preferably in large technology or multinational companies.
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing compensation & benefits frameworks and incentive programs.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with ability to conduct benchmarking, cost modeling, and incentive ROI evaluation.
  • Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly accountable, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
