Description
- Develop and implement compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
- Analyze job descriptions and benchmark salaries for new and existing roles.
- Support employees with inquiries regarding compensation and benefits information.
- Prepare reports on compensation trends and benefits usage.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and management.
- Working Conditions: Familiarity with HR software and data analysis tools.
