The Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the company’s compensation structures and employee benefits programs. The role ensures that salary, incentives, and benefits are competitive, compliant with labor laws, and aligned with organizational goals.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • With experience in compensation and benefits or HR administration
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws and statutory benefits
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills


Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee compensation, salaries, incentives, and benefits programs
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related benefits
  • Develop and review salary structures and pay scales
  • Conduct market salary benchmarking and compensation surveys
  • Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, HMO, and other benefit vendors
  • Prepare reports on compensation, benefits costs, and utilization
  • Assist in annual salary reviews, promotions, and merit increases
