Job Description

The HR Compensation and Benefits Assistant plays a vital role in Human Resource Department, assisting with the organization, implementation, and management of employee compensation and benefits program.


DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, & OUTPUTS

  • Facilitate processing and computation of clearance and final pay;
  • Prepare and communicate information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures;
  • Ensure timely and accurate calculation of employees’ pay, deductions, and government benefit contributions;
  • Administer processing of Government Mandated Benefits of employees;
  • Handles special cases/concerns pertaining to contribution and loan posting and other unusual cases of employees;
  • Ensure that all company advances paid to the employees (maternity and sickness related claims) are reimbursed from SSS;
  • Ensure that the company pay practices are compliant with company policies and local laws and regulations;
  • Resolve conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims.


Qualification and Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or any Business course;
  • Preferably 1 - 2 years experience related to Total Rewards/Compensation and Benefits
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be computer literate and proficient with various software. (MS applications, Google Suite etc.)
  • With good communication skills and analytical skills.
