Reviews employee time-in and time-out, and extracts data if needed from the System for payroll processing.
Coordinates with ICT Department for any problems of biometrics that may arise from time to time.
Compiles and keeps payroll and government remittances files.
Computes and releases of last/separation pay for separated employees.
Endorse quitclaim to the separated employees for signature.
Reports separated employees to the SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and BDO.
Assist the new employee in getting the TIN through BIR online system.
Coordinates with the SSS and Pag-ibig for loan processes and remittances.
Coordinates with Philhealth for remittances and benefits claims.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Commerce or any related course.
With 1 year of solid experience in specialized HR (CompenBen and Payroll)
with Knowledge in Compensation & Benefits Skills; HR System and Databases; HR Best practices.
Excellent in Compensation and Benefits Computation, communication (verbal and written).
