Position: Company Nurse / Receptionist

Position Status: Full-Time

Hours of Work: Flexible Hours as Required

Location: On Site (8F Hanston Square Building, #17 San Miguel Ave Barangay San Antonio, Pasig City)

Salary: 25,500 - 28,500 Php/Month

Responsibilities:

  • Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers – Logbook
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email – back pay – name, program & contact # and send to HR
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock - medicine
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Performed first aid treatment and follow up care
  • Performed office work, excellent internal and external costumer services and inventory of supplies needed for the company's medical clinic
  • Maintained a quality, clean and safe company's medical clinic
  • Administered prescribed medications and treatments
  • Served as first aider to injured workers
  • Assessed job hazards and incorporated health promotion strategies to minimize accidents
  • Provided health teaching to workers to ensure safety standards are met
  • Administer First-Aid and CPR as necessary
  • Monitor employee’s health status
  • Managed and tracked inventories of medicines and supplies
  • Assessed employee’s health condition and referred to hospital if need be
  • Assisted employees during hospitalization and monitored the progress of health condition
  • Validating medical certificates of employees. – main role
  • Medical certificate and medicine tracking.
  • Creating reports on the common diagnosis of employees based on medical certificates.
  • Creating reports on complaints of employees based on medication reports that we track.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Company Nurse, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude
  • Must be a Registered Nurse and have an active license.
  • A degree in Nursing is a requirement for this role.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules.
