Position: Company Nurse

Salary Offer: Php25,000 - Php30,000

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30AM to 5:30PM)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• At least 2-5 years of experience as a company nurse.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Amendable to attend face to face interview.
• Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement wellness programs, conduct health education, assess workplace hazards, and support safety policies.
• Administer first aid, manage minor ailments, dispense OTC meds, provide health screenings, and coordinate referrals for serious conditions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee medical records and assist with workers' comp/leave documentation.
• Manage clinic supplies, process insurance claims, report to management, and coordinate with HR/physicians.
• Handle emergencies, provide immediate treatment, and coordinate transport to hospitals.
