Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license and certification.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, preferably in occupational health.
• Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and first aid.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate medical records.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in industrial settings.
• Physical ability to perform emergency response duties.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites.
• CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical care and first aid to site personnel.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health status.
• Manage occupational health programs and maintain health records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with EMS.
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives among employees.
• Collaborate with site management and safety officers on health matters.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical information.
• Prepare reports on health incidents and recommend preventive measures.
