• Safely drive company executives, employees, clients, and authorized personnel to and from offices, meetings, events, and other official or personal destinations as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of assigned company vehicles at all times.
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals, taking into account traffic, weather, and road conditions.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and perform or arrange routine maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Keep vehicle documents up-to-date, including registration, insurance, and maintenance records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading of parcels, equipment, or other items when necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant data as required by company protocols.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards while operating company vehicles.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, personnel, and sensitive information encountered during duties.
• Perform errands, deliveries, or other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management or authorized personnel.
• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and discretion in interactions with company staff, clients, and the public.
• Perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Education: At least High School Graduate (College level or vocational course is an advantage)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal, company, or executive driver.
• Driver’s License: Valid Professional Driver’s License
• Driving Skills:
• Can drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Excellent knowledge of road safety and traffic laws
• Familiar with major routes, alternate routes, and traffic patterns

Knowledge:

• Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes (or local area where based)
• Basic troubleshooting and vehicle maintenance
• GPS/navigation apps like Waze or Google Maps

Qualities:

• Trustworthy and highly discreet
• Neat and presentable appearance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Physically fit and alert
• Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or holidays if necessary

Work Schedule:

• 9 hours duty per day, including one (1) hour unpaid break
• Shifting schedule
• 4 days off per month
