Job Title: Company Driver (L300)

Job Summary:

The Company Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient operation of the company’s L300 vehicle for transporting goods, materials, and personnel. The role ensures proper vehicle maintenance, compliance with traffic laws, and support for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate the company L300 safely and responsibly
• Transport company materials, supplies, equipment, and staff as assigned
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods and documents
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or needed repairs immediately
• Ensure vehicle documents (OR/CR, registration, insurance) are updated and available
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and traffic regulations
• Assist in loading and unloading of materials when necessary
• Keep simple trip logs and mileage records

Qualifications:

• Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction applicable to L300)
• Proven experience driving delivery or company vehicles
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic conditions
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading
• Trustworthy, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage
