Will managed relationships, communication, and engagement with construction professionals, stakeholders, and possibly local communities affected by solar project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-between for community members and the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between construction teams, local communities, stakeholders, and government agencies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, business owners, and other local entities impacted by construction activities.
  • Ensure clear communication about construction timelines, disruptions, safety measures, and environmental impacts.
  • Organize public meetings, workshops, or town halls to address concerns, provide updates, and gather feedback from the community.
  • Act as a liaison to address any complaints or concerns raised by the community or stakeholders regarding construction practices, noise, safety, or other disruptions.
  • Track and report any incidents or community concerns to senior leadership, providing updates and solutions.
  • Work with the safety team to ensure the community is informed about safety measures in place during construction.

Qualifications:

  • Should have experience working in local government departments in Gapan or San Miguel
