Zeekr Community Manager - Remote Position

Job Title: Community Manager (Remote)

Company: Zeekr Australia

Location: Fully Remote (Australia-based, AEST time zone preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (AEST)

Weekends: Off (Saturday & Sunday)

Reports to: Marketing Manager

As we launch in Australia, we're building a community of passionate EV enthusiasts and luxury vehicle owners.


Position Overview

We're seeking a proactive and strategic Community Manager to build and nurture Zeekr's digital community across Australia. In this fully remote role, you'll be the voice of the brand on social media, responsible for monitoring sentiment, engaging with our audience, identifying brand advocates, and protecting our reputation during this critical "zero-to-one" market entry phase.


Key Responsibilities

1. Community Monitoring & Engagement (40%)

  • Monitor Zeekr's official Facebook and Instagram accounts daily
  • Respond to all comments and direct messages within 4 hours during AEST business hours
  • Proactively engage in relevant Facebook EV/Auto enthusiast groups using designated accounts
  • Identify and escalate potential issues using our established escalation matrix


2. Content Management & Visibility (25%)

  • Publish and share 5-6 pieces of Zeekr content weekly across platforms
  • Sustain brand visibility through strategic reposting and engagement
  • Maintain and update FAQ documents as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing team on content strategy


3. Reporting & Insights (25%)

  • Prepare comprehensive bi-weekly community reports including:
  • Comment and DM analysis
  • Trend identification
  • Community insights and recommendations
  • KOL/KOC updates
  • Competitive benchmarking
  • Compile monthly highlight reports in PowerPoint format
  • Track and document potential brand advocates for quarterly submission


4. Strategy & Improvement (10%)

  • Work with the marketing team to develop community guidelines and processes
  • Identify opportunities for community growth and engagement
  • Provide insights to inform broader marketing strategies


Requirements

Essential:

  • 3+ years experience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing brand social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in social media reporting
  • Available to work AEST business hours (Monday-Friday)
  • Fast and reliable home internet connection


Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in automotive, luxury goods, or technology sectors
  • Knowledge of Australian EV market and enthusiast communities
  • Experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
  • Graphic design or basic video editing skills
