Description

  • Do you have a passion for helping people communicate better and thrive in the BPO world? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Communication Skills & Language Trainer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the next generation of customer service professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication and language training sessions for new hires and tenured agents
  • Conduct assessments to identify communication skill gaps and tailor training accordingly
  • Provide real-time and post-training coaching to improve grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and overall communication effectiveness
  • Collaborate with operations, QA, and L&D teams to ensure alignment of training goals with performance targets
  • Monitor and track trainee progress through reports, evaluations, and feedback sessions
  • Design engaging learning materials, modules, and interactive activities to enhance training effectiveness
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in communication and language coaching
  • Participate in calibration sessions and contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of overall work experience, with minimum 1 year as a Communication or Language Trainer in the BPO industry
  • Strong background in training delivery and adult learning principles
  • Excellent command of the English language—both spoken and written
  • Outstanding listening skills and the ability to process auditory cues and speech patterns effectively
  • Confident, energetic, and passionate about coaching and communication

Role Overview:

  • Conduct communication and language training for new hires and existing employees
  • Identify and address language or soft skill gaps through assessments and coaching
  • Work closely with training, QA, and operations to align communication standards
  • Track trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Drive engagement and learning through creative and effective training strategies

  • This role is strictly on-site in Alabang
  • We are only processing applicants who currently reside in the following areas:
  • Laguna, Cavite, Parañaque City, Muntinlupa City, and Las Piñas City
  • Applicants must be amenable to report on-site daily
